CLEAR-ION® FRAGRANCE – FREE  ODOR CONTROL SYSTEM

Scope: Rooms with evidence of smoking or other foul odors
Goal: Return the room to a sellable condition safely and quickly.

Cigarette, vaping,  and marijuana smoke can all leave behind odor residue that is very hard to remove. Also, it is effective against spicy food odors, and can be used in dining areas without concern of negatively impacting the taste of the food being served.

The Clear- Ion system provides the products and the instructions to handle level 1 thru 3 odor situations to return rooms to service.

Level 1 – Light Odor; usually no paint; normal reset.
Level 2 – Moderate/Residue: with targeted sealing/paint.
Level 3 – Heavy/Set‑in:  Broader sealing, item replacements.
